These terms define the basic use of the Bravo Cali website and ride request process.
Bravo Cali is a private chauffeured transportation service. The website is for information and ride requests only.
Ride requests are not automatic reservations
Submitting a request does not guarantee availability and does not create a confirmed reservation. A ride is confirmed only after Bravo Cali directly confirms availability, pickup instructions, trip terms, and the estimated flat rate.
Customer trip details
Customers must provide accurate pickup, dropoff, date, time, passenger, luggage, airport or flight number, contact, and ride note information. Inaccurate or incomplete details may affect availability, pricing, pickup instructions, and service coordination.
Pricing
Final pricing is confirmed directly before the ride. Example pricing shown on the website is for planning only and is not a guaranteed exact fare. Pricing may depend on pickup, dropoff, timing, luggage, passengers, wait time, special instructions, airport pickup details, event conditions, and route complexity.
Payment
This website does not collect payment, does not provide online checkout, does not collect card details, and does not store payment data. Payment may be collected after ride completion through Square Terminal or another agreed in-person method. Cards and contactless payments may be accepted in person. Tips are optional.
Cancellations, no-shows, and wait time
Cancellation, no-show, wait time, airport pickup, and special event terms must be confirmed directly before the ride. Customers should ask for any trip-specific terms before the ride is confirmed.
Airport pickups and special events
Airport pickups, venue pickups, event traffic, security restrictions, staging rules, and special instructions can affect timing and pickup plans. Customers are responsible for providing accurate flight, terminal, venue, and contact information.
Service limits
Bravo Cali may decline or cancel a request based on availability, service area, safety concerns, inaccurate details, unreasonable instructions, vehicle capacity, or operational limits.
Website availability
The website is provided as-is for information and ride requests. Bravo Cali is not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate customer information, network outages, browser issues, or third-party email delivery failures.
